Refund & Exchange Policy

At HATSHEE, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

  • Return shipping fee: 80 EGP

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Once we inspect and approve the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Exchanges

  • Exchange shipping fee: 150 EGP

  • You can exchange for a different size or a different product if available.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non‑Eligible Items

  • Used, washed, damaged, or scented items

  • Requests made after 14 days
